Data leak reporting obligation

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the right to be forgotten (or the 'right to be forgotten') means that, if a consumer so requests, XXL Caribbean must delete their personal data in a limited number of cases. If a consumer wants to exercise the right to erasure of data under the GDPR, the webshop is obliged to comply if:

After the consumer has submitted a request for deletion, we will assess and process it within four weeks. If you would like to invoke this right, please send an email to xxlcaribbean@gmail.coom and indicate which data you want to delete.
XXL Caribbean has a legitimate interest in retaining some data to which we are legally obliged. This concerns invoice data that is interwoven in the accounting.
